Project 60

60 Days to a Better You: Here’s How We Do

Welcome to Gym Pod’s Project 60, a 60-day journey designed to make you see real gains, with manageable expectations, setting yourself up for long-term wellness.

Many diets, exercise regimes, health kicks and other good habits begin, only to languish by the wayside after barely a few days or weeks. Project 60 is designed as a holistic step towards longevity in wellness, transforming your life across a spectrum of healthful practices to impact you and the way you enjoy your world.

Not only will this be an educational process for better sleep, nutrition, physicality and mindfulness but there are also cash prizes to be won for those who can demonstrate their journey to help others become inspired.

Project 60 is the curation of a sustainable fitness plan that focuses on forming a better you in all aspects of life. Physical change is an obvious, visible and tangible goal for many for us but this initiative goes well beyond that. Developing a healthier body together with a mind at peace, is the parallel goal. You’ll learn to change the way you approach your physical, mental, and nutritional needs. With the help of our team of industry professionals, you’ll start implementing positive decisions in all aspects of your day-to-day living.

Losing fat and gaining muscle are common and laudable goals but while drastic, physical transformations are wonderful, here, we’ll be focused on meaningful change – change that often goes beyond what the eye can see.

As your wellness habits improve, you’ll gain a deeper appreciation for your surroundings, those around you and life itself. Project 60 aims to set you on the right path to health and happiness, so that there’s no looking back.

We shall provide a day-by-day holistic plan to your personal success. With our tracking methods, you’ll embark on journey of not only understanding what your daily habits are but also how they can be improved. While moving forward, you can monitor your progress and celebrate the steps you’ve taken, thereby making wiser and healthier choices down the line.

And for good measure, by submitting a 60-day progress report you’ll win a reward bag worth over $200!

Then at the end of your program, there’s a chance to win $1,000 by submitting a 2-4 minute video to let us know how Project 60 helped transform your daily habits on the track to a new you. Describe how you changed mentality in attacking each day as you progressed through the 60, the various gauges for your progressive level of fitness and how your overall well-being improved.

Joscelin Yeo, a Project 60 Panellist, 4-time Olympian and 40x SEA Games Gold Medalist said: “With Project 60, you’ll embrace a completely new mindset towards your personal well-being. You’ll train with The Gym Pod Academy and get professional advice from various industry experts. I can’t wait for you to see the positive changes in your life after this program.”

Another area that is very much at the forefront of today’s climate is mental wellness. Senior clinical psychologist and founder of ImPossible Psychological Services, Muhammad Haikal Bin Jamil specializes in providing interventions for those who are dealing with depression and anxiety, and has developed a second speciality in providing interventions for relationship issues.

Haikal adopts a wide range of approaches in his work, including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Choice Theory & Reality Therapy (CTRT), Motivational Interviewing and Mindulfulness, suited to the needs of his clients.
