Body Composition Scans
We use InBody Composition Scales to give you a solid breakdown of your overall body composition, displaying vital measurements such as your Body Fat Percentage and Skeletal Muscle Mass. As a result, it provides a more accurate picture of your healthy weight and overall health than traditional methods like BMI and weight.
Our coaches will help you understand if you need to gain more lean mass or lower body fat percentage to achieve a healthy body composition and a better level of health.
