CELEBRATE INTERNATIONAL WOMEN’S DAY WITH US!

CLASSES AT GARDENS BY THE BAY

As we celebrate International Women’s Day 2022 this March, we are happy to announce that we will be collaborating with AWARE Singapore to host a series of fitness classes every Saturday, from 12th to 26th March.

Come and join us for one of our many classes: Yoga, Dance, Muay Thai and HIIT.

There is bound to be a class that you’ll enjoy, while we #BreakTheBias in support of AWARE.

Show Your Support

Each class is priced at $20/pax.

Class fee includes a FREE exclusive Gym Pod shirt (colour of your choice).

*100% of proceeds will be donated to AWARE Singapore’s research, programmes and services for women and girls in need.

*Once you have registered via the App, do look out for the email receipt to confirm your shirt sizing and other class details.

Yoga Fusion Flow

With Birdie | 12th March, 9am to 10am

Yoga Fusion Flow is a class designed for you to stretch and sweat while also having fun. Be prepared to challenge your flexibility, stamina and breath work while working on different poses such as the back bend and standing splits! Let’s get this Yoga party started!

*Participants to bring their own mats.

Dance Fitness

With Lindsey | 19th March, 9am to 10am

A combination of cardio and full-body workout to Latin American music. This class is guaranteed to get your heart pumping and muscles working while having fun! Groove and move with Lindsey to this fun and energizing dance workout!

 

Muay Thai 101

With YY | 19th March, 10am to 11am

Explore the art of Muay Thai as YY guides you through varying techniques and drills. No matter what your age, gender, or current capabilities are, anyone can practice martial arts or other physical exercises. Get your game on with this Muay Thai 101!

*Participants to bring their own Boxing Gloves (optional).

 

HIIT It Up

With Rathi | 26th March, 9am to 10am

HIIT It Up incorporates resistance training with plyometric movements to focus on building strength and power. There’s no equipment needed for this impressive bodyweight session. You hold all the power!
