The First Gym Pod to Feature a Free Range of Motion Power Rack
This all-new Gym Pod will feature new equipment not seen before in our first four Pods. Our goal is to cater for existing and potential Gym Podders who have a wider range of fitness experience – from beginners to intermediate users.
By equipping our newest Gym Pod with the ultimate free-weight training platform, we can allow:
Beginners to try and familiarise themselves with new resistant training exercises:
- Improves mobility
- Builds fitness confidence
Experienced Users to improve movement forms or test fitness boundaries:
- Experiment and learn
- Push the limit
We’ve also include medicine balls ranging from 2-6kg to faciliate more core, mobility, and rehabilitation exercises.

Parking Rates for Cars
- Mon-Sun & Public Holidays: $0.60 per 30 mins (Except Free Parking period below)
- For any parking session between 10.30pm and 7am the following day, per minute charging will apply subject to a max. parking charge of $5.00
- Free Parking on Sundays & Public Holidays from 7am to 10.30pm
Parking Rates for Motorcycles
- Mon-Sun & Public Holidays: $0.65 per parking session (Except Free Parking period below)
- For any parking session, per minute charging based on $0.20 per hour will apply subject to a max. parking charge of $0.65.
- Free Parking on Sundays & Public Holidays from 7am to 10.30pm
