I signed up for the personal training as a total beginner in gym and with the intention to get fit. Eileen provides clear demonstrations of each exercise and explains which muscle groups to target. She also places significant emphasis on proper form and breathing techniques.

I greatly appreciate how Eileen checks in on how I’m feeling after each session. Through this training, I’ve noticed gradual improvements in my physical strength. Starting with no prior knowledge of gym equipment, I’m now able to handle heavier weights.
