The Rumble Pod is our first mixed-martial arts concept that combines combat training with strength training. Whether you are a beginner or professional, you’ll love training in your own MMA gym!
The Rumble Pod is perfect for those looking to experiment with new workout routines and also for private trainers and coaches. For the most up-to-date list of Rumble Pod locations and equipment inside, make sure to download The Gym Pod App.

Search The Gym Pod App, locate The Rumble Pod and select your designated time slot. 30-min sessions are available on a 24/7 basis.
Kindly ensure to indicate for 1 or 2 pax on the booking.

- 45min sessions = actual class length of ~30mins
- 60min sessions = actual class length of ~45mins

Open the Door via the App once your session starts.

Lights out, class start.

Spin along to the class….
4. Leave Punctually
Wipe your tears, wipe your sweat
Pack up: 10min
Grab your belongings and exit the Pod

Every Pod is unique. These are the equipment we offer, Dumbbells, Exercise Mat, Weight Plates, Power Rack, Chin Up Bar, Battle Rope, Tank Sled, Rower, Assault Bike, Kettlebells and Resistance Bands.
Visit The Gym Pod App to find out what’s inside your preferred Grit Pod.
You can either enjoy a solo workout, or invite your friends or personal trainer along. Do remember to add the no. of pax visiting the Pod when booking for a session.
Follow these steps.
- Show up to your Gym Pod on time (we recommend arriving 5-10 minutes early!).
- Open up The Gym Pod App.
- Tap on OPEN DOOR on the home screen.
- Enjoy!
You will not be able to cancel your bookings but you can easily reschedule it (minimum 2 hours before your session starts) to a later date via our mobile app.
