Coach Edward

Edward is an evidence-based practitioner providing strength training and physique development services such as fat loss and muscle gain coaching. He does the heavy lifting and reading for you, leveraging his background in sports and exercise science to bring efficient results and effective training sessions and programs. 


Should you need a claim evaluated, Edward is more than willing to provide an objective perspective. He aims to make sessions enjoyable by assisting clients in finding a balance between enjoyable yet often considered “unhealthy” lifestyle activities and exercising with specific goals. Additionally, he helps clients cultivate an appreciation and enjoyment for physical culture, such as recreational powerlifting and bodybuilding.
