BOOK YOUR CLASS

1. SELECT CLASS, DATE & TIME YOU WISH TO BOOK

Search the calendar to book the exercise class of your choice. Classes are available on a 24/7 basis, with a wide variety of programmes to choose from.

Choose between BODYPUMP (HIIT), BODYCOMBAT (martial arts), SH’BAM (dance), BARRE (ballet), and BODYBALANCE (yoga fusion).

Please take note, in order to accommodate for sufficient set up and clean up time:

  • 45 min sessions indicate total class length of ~30 minutes
  • 60 min sessions indicate total class length of ~45 minutes

3. GET SPINNIN'

Once it’s time for your session, a ‘Door Open’ button in the mobile app will enable you to unlock the Pod’s door.

Please proceed with setting up your equipment (if applicable). In 5 minutes, lights will turn off, the screen will turn
off, and class will automatically begin! Prepare for an experience of a lifetime!

ONCE YOU’RE DONE FLOWING…
The projector, lights and air conditioning will turn off automatically. You can simply push a button beside the door to
open it and exit the Pod!

Make a Booking

1. Book a Class

Select Pod, Date & Time.

Each Booking is 60 mins long

  • First 5 mins: Preparation
  • Next 45 mins: Workout Class
  • Last 10 mins: Cooldown, pack up & prepare to leave

2. Arrive On Time

Open the Door via the App once your session starts.

Preparation: 5min

Take this time to set up. Use the iPad within the Pod to select the type of class and duration 

5 types of classes to choose from:

BODYPUMP (HIIT) | BODYCOMBAT (martial arts) | SH’BAM (dance) | BARRE (ballet) | BODYBALANCE (yoga fusion)

Reccomended to choose a class that has a duration of 30-45mins

3. Start Flowin’

Workout Class: 30-45min

Start moving along to the class on screen.

4. Leave Punctually

Cooldown, pack up & leave: 10min

Grab your belongings and exit the Pod.

FAQs

Choose from Barre (ballet-inspired training), Bodybalance (yoga fusion), Sh’bam (dance fitness), Bodycombat (martial arts), or Bodypump (strength training). 

Follow these steps.

  1. Show up to your Gym Pod on time (we recommend arriving 5-10 minutes early!).
  2. Open up The Gym Pod App.
  3. Tap on OPEN DOOR on the home screen.
  4. Enjoy!

You will not be able to cancel your bookings but you can easily reschedule it to a later date via our mobile app.
