The Flow Pod is our next generation of Pods dedicated to class-based fitness and features an even wider variety of classes to select from. Choose from: HIIT, martial arts, dance, barre and yoga. No matter your fitness level or preference, there’s something that you can flow to!
The Flow Pod can host up to 2 pax at a time, giving each user an intense and “front-row” feel. For the most up-to-date class schedule and class descriptions, make sure to download The Gym Pod App.

BOOK YOUR CLASS
1. Select Class, Date & Time You Wish To Book
Search the calendar to book the exercise class of your choice. Classes are available on a 24/7 basis, with a wide variety of programmes to choose from.
Choose between BODYPUMP (HIIT), BODYCOMBAT (martial arts), SH’BAM (dance), BARRE (ballet), and BODYBALANCE (yoga fusion).
Please take note, in order to accommodate for sufficient set up and clean up time:
- 45 min sessions indicate total class length of ~30 minutes
- 60 min sessions indicate total class length of ~45 minutes
You can secure your class by booking up to 5 days in advance. To unlock the booking schedule 30 days in advance, please consider our subscription plans.

3. Get Spinnin'
Once it’s time for your session, a ‘Door Open’ button in the mobile app will enable you to unlock the Pod’s door.
Please proceed with setting up your equipment (if applicable). In 5 minutes, lights will turn off, the screen will turn off, and class will automatically begin! Prepare for an experience of a lifetime!
Once you’re done flowing…
The projector, lights and air conditioning will turn off automatically. You can simply push a button beside the door to open it and exit the Pod!
