Quek, once overweight and inactive during his childhood, developed a strong interest in fitness and basketball during his teenage years, a passion that persists today.

As a former Physical Educator and seasoned professional in fitness and basketball, Quek possesses extensive experience working with individuals across various age groups, including children, youths, adults, and seniors. He comprehends the challenges clients encounter in their health and fitness endeavors or sports performances. With patience and unwavering commitment, he collaborates with them to attain their goals.
